Reservation system enhances office efficiency When Serena Saunders took over Captain John’s Fawn Harbor and Marina in Fawnskin, California, she discovered that the marina’s reservation and payment system was woefully outdated. Page protectors and a whiteboard were used to organise each slip reservation, and most payments were taken by cheque and acknowledged with paper receipts. The mountain of paperwork had taken over office manager Lauren Plouffe’s day.
