Consortium wins Larnaca tender CYPRUS: The Cyprus Ministry of Transport has accepted a tender for the redevelopment of Larnaca port and marina from Eldeman Holding BV and Alexandrou Corporate Services; a Cypriot-Israeli Consortium.
